Rwanda Ratifies Twelve New Air Services Agreements

In a major step toward cementing its status as a regional and global aviation hub, Rwanda has ratified twelve new Bilateral Air Services Agreements (BASAs). The move, approved by the Cabinet during a meeting chaired by President Paul Kagame on May 26, 2025, at Urugwiro Village, reflects the country’s strategic ambition to expand its international air transport network.
