Nigeria and Trinidad and Tobago Sign Landmark Air Services Agreement
On April 14, 2025, Nigeria and Trinidad and Tobago signed a long-anticipated Bilateral Air Services Agreement (BASA), marking a historic step in aviation cooperation between Africa and the Caribbean. The agreement was signed at Piarco International Airport by Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, and Trinidad and Tobago’s Minister of Works and Transport, Rohan Sinanan.
