Libya and Qatar Seal Air Agreement in Anticipation of Air Traffic Resumption
Negotiations
for the resumption of air traffic between Libya and Qatar are progressing to a
new stage. In this regard, the two countries signed a bilateral air services
agreement (BASA) on Sunday, April 21, 2024, at the premises of the Qatari
Ministry of Transport.
