Liberia Signs Aviation Cooperation with Saudi Arabia, Advances RIA Modernization
Liberia and Saudi Arabia have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) in the field of civil aviation. The agreement was concluded on the sidelines of the 42nd Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), held in Montreal, Canada, from September 25 to 27, 2025.
