ICAN 2025 : Liberia and Spain Reactivate 1977 Air Services Agreement
Liberia has taken a major step toward expanding its international air
connectivity after reaching an understanding with Spain to revive a
long-dormant bilateral air services agreement dating back nearly five decades.
The commitment was reaffirmed during the ICAO Air Services Negotiation Event
(ICAN2025), held from November 10–14, 2025, in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
