Ethiopia and India Ink Deal for Increased Direct Flights
During a visit to India on July 24, 2024, Getachew Mengistie, the Director General of the Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA), signed an agreement with Asangba Chuba, the Secretary General of the Indian Ministry of Civil Aviation, authorizing additional flights between the two countries. Ethiopian Airlines has been granted permission to fly to a new destination in India.
