Angola and U.S. Sign Open Skies Agreement to Boost International Aviation Cooperation

Angola and the United States signed an Open Skies Agreement on October 15, 2024, in Luanda at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The agreement was formalized by Domingos Custódio Vieira Lopes, Secretary of State for International Cooperation and Angolan Communities, and Tulinabo Mushingi, the U.S. Ambassador to Angola.
