Angola and Rwanda Sign Air Agreement Granting Fifth Freedom

The national civil aviation authorities of Angola (ANAC-Angola) and Rwanda have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Luanda to implement the Air Services Agreement (ASA). This agreement aims to remove air travel barriers and increase the frequency of both passenger and cargo flights between the two countries.
